The aerial above shows Craig International's PGA Tournament Players' Course at Craig Ranch and the "Settlement," the traditional neighborhood emerging adjacent to the golf course and the Town Center, as well as "Cooper Living," the first expansion of Dr. Kenneth Cooper's Cooper Aerobics Center that will include a range of housing options adjacent to the center for the active, healthy lifestyle. Designed by DPZ under the form-based code crafted by the Gateway Planning Group, Craig Ranch comprises about 2,000 of the 4,500-acre Regional Employment Center. At build out, Craig Ranch, a New Urban community, is projected to accommodate 30,000 residents and 2+ million square feet of retail and commercial business, with a total assessed valuation approaching $3 billion.
